Returns and Exchange

 

What is the difference between return and exchange?

 Return:

  • You can return any products you are not 100% satisfied with unless specified in our non-return policy.
  • For a product that you return, you will receive a NIXX gift voucher for the purchased products value.

 Exchange:

  • You can exchange any product for another size of the same product unless the product is specified in our non-return policy.

 

 How can I return/exchange my product? 

Return:

  • To return your product, simply package the product in its original packaging or a box with your customer invoice.
  • Contact NIXX Customer Service Center by emailing customercare@nixxclothing.com with the subject “Return: (your Invoice number).
  • Once your email is received, our NIXX team will arrange for our courier to come and collect the item you wish to return within 48 to 72 hours.

 Exchange:

  • To exchange your product, simply package the product in its original packaging or a box with your customer invoice.
  • Contact NIXX Customer Service Center by emailing customercare@nixxclothing.com with the subject “Exchange: (your Invoice number). Please mention in your email the size you wish to exchange your product for to avoid delays. 
  • Once your email is received, our NIXX team will arrange for our courier to come and collect the item you wish to return within 48 to 72 hours.

 In-store:

  • We also offer our customers the option to return/exchange their products at any of our stores across India. Please find our store details on our ‘Contact Us’ page.

How many days do I have to return/exchange my item?

 You have up to 15 days to return/exchange your product from the ship date.

How do I return/exchange a product I purchased using a gift voucher?

If you wish to return/exchange a product that you purchased with a NIXX gift voucher please use the same steps for a normal return/exchange.

I am not happy with my product do I get a refund?

Yes, we offer a full refund on all of our items in the form of a NIXX gift voucher. Simply return the product to us and we will issue a refund.

How long does it take to get a refund?

As soon as you inform us about the product you wish to return we can begin the refund process. Typically returns are picked up within 48 hours and the refund is issued in the form of a NIXX gift voucher within 7 working days.

How can I place an order with NIXX? 

You can use our website or visit one of our stores!

Online:

  • Go to Nixxclothing.com and select an item you wish to purchase. Select your preferred size and the quantity you require then click add to cart.
  • If you would like to add additional items to your cart feel free to browse our website or click on your shopping cart to checkout.
  • When ready to checkout enter your personal details and click proceed to payment.
  • Choose your desired payment option and continue to checkout.

Why do I need to share my personal details?

The information that you provide to us will be used for delivery purposes. Our courier will contact you prior to your delivery to ensure we deliver to the right person and on time.

 

Are NIXX products available in a store?

Yes, NIXX has its own retail stores located throughout India. Please find our store details on our “Contact Us” page

 

How do I use discount codes?

  • Go to Nixxclothing.com and select an item you wish to purchase. Select your preferred size and the quantity you require then click add to cart.
  • If you would like to add additional items to your cart feel free to browse our website or click on your shopping cart to checkout.
  • When ready to checkout enter your personal details and click proceed to payment.
  • Choose your desired payment option and continue to checkout.
  • In the payment section, you can add the promotional code and the discount will be applied instantly.

 

Can I resell NIXX products?

Unfortunately we do not support the reselling of our products due to legal and ethical concerns.

 

Delivery

 

Do NIXX products have warranty?

If you receive a damaged product make sure to return the product within 15 days from the ship date and we will refund your money in the form of a NIXX gift voucher.

 

Can I place an order outside of India?

Unfortunately NIXX is currently only available in India, however, we will be expanding into new markets very soon.

 

How can I track my order?

How can I schedule a delivery?

If you have a specific date and time you would like your products to be delivered please add the details to the comment section when checking out and we will take care of the rest.

 

How can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Please email our dedicated Customer Support Team at customercare@nixxclothing.com with the subject “Change Address: (Invoice Number)”. As our orders are processed daily, you could experience slight delays in your delivery time if your order with the original address has already been dispatched.

 

It has been over 5 days and I have still not received my product?

Please email our dedicated Customer Support Team at customercare@nixxclothing.com with the subject “Late: (Invoice Number)” and our team will update you on the status of your order as quickly as possible.

 

How do I cancel my order?

Unfortunately you are unable to cancel your order once you have received the order confirmation. However, if you wish to exchange or return the item you have ordered please follow the steps below:

How often do new collections get released?

As we want our customers to enjoy the latest fashion, we release a new collection bi-weekly.

 

Something is missing from my order?

If you receive your products and an item is missing please contact our dedicated Customer Support Team at customercare@nixxclothing.com with the subject “Missing: (Invoice Number)” and our team will ensure that you receive your missing item as soon as possible.
